Seetag/Day at Sea 7 auf der/on GRAND PRINCESS

Zunächst gibt es Frühstück. Wir haben wieder Glück, dass wir ein tolles Team haben, dass uns auf Händen trägt: Edgar, Peter und Marivic, die ja am Vorabend für uns gesungen hat. Es gibt auch wieder Beeren, ohne dass man in der Club Klasse gebucht haben muss. Unsere Sonderwünsche sind ja erfüllbare Wünsche. Wir verlangen ja nicht Champagner, Kaviar und Hummer zum Frühstück. Spaßeshalber könnten wir ja mal über unsere Bank auf der Hauptversammlung von Carnival nachfragen lassen. Da tun mir immer die Bankenvertreter ja leid, die im Auftrag ihrer Kunden, z. T. sehr interessante Fragen öffentlich stellen müssen, die der Aktienbesitzer sich selbst nicht traut öffentlich zu fragen.



First we went for breakfast. We had luck again to have a great team, which did everything for us: Edgar, Peter, and Marivic, who was singing for us the last night. They had berries again without the need to have a booking in Club Class. Our special requests were realizable requests. We did not ask for champagne, caviar, and lobster for breakfast. We could let our bank asking the General Meeting of Carnival. Auch bei Princess gibt es mittlerweile den Wohltätigkeitslauf: "On Deck for the Cure". Irgendwie haben wir ihn verpasst, was uns aber nicht daran hindert, trotzdem uns nachträglich anzumelden, damit wir die Mütze bekommen und unser Teil gespendet wird. Wir haben immer noch Bordguthaben und so kaufen wir fleißig noch etwas ein. Mein Weg führt am Protokoll vorbei und ich treffe mich Hoteldirektor Martin Ford und bekomme Gelegenheit zu schildern, was mir auffällt. Sowohl Positives als auch Negatives. So schlecht kann nie eine Reise sein, dass nicht auch etwas gut ist. Und am Schluss überwiegen ja normalerweise schon die guten Eindrücke, die man mit nach Hause nimmt. Ich hätte mich ja lieber früher mit ihm unterhalten, aber das wurde durch die Rezeption erfolgreich bis jetzt verhindert. Martin Ford hatte übrigens schon früher mich kontaktiert und einen früheren Termin angeboten. Das hätte aber nur Stress für beide bedeutet einen Termin zu finden und es hätte nicht mehr die Situation verbessern können. Wenn, dann hätte ich ihn am vorherigen Seetag erreichen müssen. Nun noch kurzfristig ein OFFIZIELL FREI ZUGÄNGLICHES Treffen FÜR ALLE cruisecritic.com-Mitglieder hätte ja nichts mehr gebracht. Und für die miesen Spielchen einzelner cruisecritic.com-Mitglieder kann er ja auch nichts.

Mein Pop-Chor wird auf dieser Kreuzfahrt nicht angeboten. Das musikalische Angebot finde ich grundsätzlich gut. Problem habe ich allerdings mit dem Niveau mancher Spiele, wenn dabei Lebensmittel unproduktiv vernichtet werden. Dafür hungern einfach zu viele Menschen auf der Welt und einer Princess nicht würdig, die ich BISLANG für eine Gesellschaft mit höherem Niveau bewertet habe, die auch eine Verantwortung für die Umwelt und Menschheit übernimmt. Aber da habe ich mich wohl getäuscht.



My pop-choir was not offered on this cruise. The musical offer I liked in general. But I had some problems with the level of the games if the food was destroyed unproductive. Too many people were dying of hunger in the world, and I do not think that it was worthy for Princess which I rated SO FAR on a higher level and took responsibility for environment and mankind. So I was wrong.

I went to the cooking show which was presented by Executive Chef Joel Directo and Maître D' Joachim Horst Rothe. He was German prepared Black Forrest Gateau. A version for adults with a lot of Kirsch (Cherry spirit).



Es geht zur Kochshow, die von Chefkoch Joel Directo und Maître D' Joachim Horst Rothe geleitet wird. Er als Deutscher bereitet eine Schwarzwälder Kirschtorte zu. Eine Version für Erwachsene mit viel Kirschwasser.

Am Schluss gibt es auch den Abschied von der Crew. Einer unserer Oberkellner Hector trägt ein Lied zum Abschied auf der Bühne vor.



At the end we had to say goodbye to the crew. One of our Head Waiter Hector was performing a farewell song on the stage.

The guests were escorted into the galley by Edgar and his team. We were only allowed to look around. Nothing you could try. We knew it better from other Princess-Ships. On OCEAN PRINCESS 2015 we were also indulged and could try.



Von Edgar und seinem Team werden die Gäste in die Galley geführt. Es darf nur geguckt werden. Es gibt nichts zum Probieren. Das kennen wir also besser von anderen Princess-Schiffen. Auf der OCEAN PRINCESS 2015 wurden wir auch verköstigt.

Mittags erleben wir wieder einen sehr schönen Service dank Anne und Bela. Genau der Service, so wie ich ihn mag.



For lunch we experienced again a very nice service thanks to Anne and Bela. Exactly the service, I liked.

We looked around in the Horizon Court to see what we could here for lunch.



Wir gucken uns noch oben im Horizon Court um, um zu sehen, was wir mittags hier bekommen hätten.

Immer noch wird für Kaffeekarten geworben, obwohl die Fahrt morgen zu Ende ist. Mit der Kaffeekarte bekommt man übrigens nicht nur Kaffee.



They were still advertising for coffee cards although the voyage came to an end the next day. You could also get tea with your coffee card.

But now I took a cappuccino.



Aber ich nehme jetzt einen Cappuccino.

Nur gucken.

For the last dinner, we went again to Sabatini. And yet we experienced outstanding service. Franco and his team did a lot for us: one time he needs to be the tallest!!! Also, Marc and Lisa enjoyed the food and the service of Franco and his team. I took Porchetta again. Because we had two berry lovers at our table, we got some berries extra.



Zum letzten Abendessen geht es wieder ins Sabatini. Auch heute erleben wir wieder einen tollen Service. Franco und sein Team haben so viel für uns getan: einmal muss er mal der größte sein!!! Auch Marc und Lisa haben das Essen und den Service von Franco und seinem Team genossen. Ich nehme wieder Porchetta. Und weil zwei Beerenliebhaber am Tisch sitzen, bekommen sie auch eine Extraportion.

Alles wird zum Abschied vorbereitet. Und auch nochmals Grüße von unseren Freunden an Bord. Sie machen alles, dass uns der Abschied schwer fällt und wir gerne bald wiederbuchen.
